Participant check-in and all seminars will be held at the Headquarters Hotel.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is the Headquarters Hotel and is within walking distance to the Broadmoor World Arena. Participant Check-In, VIP Reception Dinner and other events will be held at the Headquarters Hotel. However, the Referee Refresher Course will be held at the Broadmoor World Arena.

The Organizing Committee has negotiated a special group rate of $129/night at the DoubleTree by Hilton. This rate cannot be beat. The special group rate of $129/night will be available until July 13, 2018 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.Â
