Practice U.S. Open /Referee/Score Keeping and Tournament Volunteer Training

All locations — No regular classes

Online sign up, no cost to participate (unless students want to break real boards – have to purchase own boards) (Thursday June 7, 2018 Bracketing Training)

8:00 AM –9:00 AM —  setup (Logistics, IT, Set-Up/Breakdown, Check-In and Music OC and volunteers arrive)

9:00 – 10:00 AM

Holding Area/Ring Manager/Score Keeper Training (all students and parents who plan to volunteer in this area should participate in this training.  Leadership, Woosong, and Masters Program students are strongly encouraged to participate)

Referee Training – Black Belts

Breaking and Board Holding volunteer Training

10:00 – 10:15 – Final Setup rings

9:30 – 10:15 – Participant Check-in

10:15 –12:00 —  Practice U.S. Open Taekwondo Hanmadang

• Individual creative breaking
• Individual traditional forms
• Team Traditional forms

12:00 – 12:30 – Lunch Break (not provided – students and volunteers are encouraged to bring their own lunch.)

12:30 — 2:00 PM – Practice U.S. Open Taekwondo Hanmadang

All other events

2:00 – 3:00 PM — Demo Team Mock Competition

3:00 – 4:00 – Organizing Committee meeting for Chairs and Sub Chairs – All Members
