- Creative Board Breaking: Put your tricks to the test and see how many boards you can break with a roundhouse kick, back flip or spinning hook kick!
- Jumping High Kick: Compete for your best record and watch as some of our athletes kick as high as 9 feet!
- Team Traditional Forms: Show off your hard work with your friends and family in Team Traditional Forms or Creative Forms.
- Spinning Hook Kick: Keep practicing your spinning hook kick to break as many boards as you can in this popular event!
Power Breaking: Choose from Knife-Downward, Skipping Side Kick and Back Kick to beat your own power breaking record.
