you will not receive a security badge for admission
and will need to purchase a spectator ticket.

Any Dojang owner (and their spouse) is considered a VIP and will receive free entry, seating in the VIP/Club level (sections 201-203), and free parking pass. As a registered VIP you will receive a VIP badge that will be required for admission into Ed Robson Arena as well as the Club level section.

VIP badges can be picked up:

  • Thursday July 27, 2023 from 2:00 – 10:00 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn Conference Room
  • Friday July 28, 2023 from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM at the Main entrance of Ed Robson Arena
  • Saturday July 29, 2023 from 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Main entrance of Ed Robson Arena

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. If you intend to use your parking pass you will need to pick up your VIP badge and parking pass prior to entering the parking garage.  If you do not plan to use a parking pass please do not request one as spaces are very limited.
  2. The Opening Ceremonies will be held Friday July 28, 2023 from 6:00 – 7:30 PM.  Attire is formal.
  3. Prior to the Opening Ceremonies there will be VIP/Dojang Owner/Referee picture at 5:10 PM at section 107.  Please go to section 107 at 5:00 PM.
  4. The VIP lunch and dinner on Fri 7/28 and lunch Sat 7/29 will take place at Ed Robson Arena on the VIP/Club level section 201-203.  Tickets are required for these meals.  All tickets for meals can be purchased through the VIP link.  Pre-sales only.  No meals can be purchased on site.
  5. The VIP dinner on Sat 7/29 will take place at the Antlers Hotel (4 S. Cascade Ave).  7:30 – 8:30 PM cocktail hour.  8:30 – 10:00 PM Dinner.  This is a formal dinner.  Gentlemen must wear a collared shirt (suit jacket highly encouraged) and women should be in a dress or formal attire.
  6. The VIP registration deadline is Sunday July 23, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

If you are a Dojang owner that is bringing 20 or more participants, you will be sent a code to register in the VIP A category in a separate email.  VIP A owners will receive meals at no charge.
