BENEFITS​

• TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:  You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to Colorado Springs, Colorado.  In addition, no ground transportation will be provided.

• ​VENUE ACCESS: All VIPs will be provided with admission and access to the VIP Room at the Broadmoor World Arena on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28.

• ​MEALS: You will be provided the following meals:  dinner on Thursday, July 26, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, July 27 as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, July 28.  All other meals are the VIP’s personal responsibility.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep in mind the Organizing Committee pre-pays for all meals.  Therefore, please take all meal RSVPs seriously and notify us at [email protected] of any changes.

• ​FORMAL DINNER BANQUET:  You will be invited to the Appreciation Gala on Saturday, July 28 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Headquarters Hotel. It is a formal-plated dinner at $45 per person. VIPs do not have to pay. There will also be a cash bar available.  This event is formal attire.  Gentlemen must wear a jacket and tie.​ Women must wear gowns only.

• ​HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS:  Your hotel room will be provided from Thursday, July 26 through Saturday, July 28.

• SPOUSE BENEFITS:  All VIP spouses will receive the same benefits.

• 50+PARTICIPANTS:  All VIPs who bring 50 or more participants to the event will be provided with double the benefits listed above.  For example, rather than one hotel room from Thursday through Saturday, you will be provided with two, etc.
