Thank you for serving on the U.S. Open Taekwondo Hanmadang Organizing Committee!  If you have been appointed, you should have received an email with all the information you will need to register online.

COMMITMENT: The Organizing Committee consists of Committee Chairs, Sub Chairs, and Sub Vice Chairs. Only Committee Chairs (not Sub Chairs or Sub Vice Chairs) are required to attend regular biweekly or weekly meetings.  In addition, all Committee Sub Chairs and Sub Vice Chairs are requested to attend all planning meetings as scheduled.  (Please refer to the meetings outlined below.)

MEETINGS:  The Organizing Committee meetings will be held on Saturday, June 1 from 8 AM to 4:30 PM at the U.S. Taekwondo Center located at 5799 Stetson Hills Blvd #110 in Colorado Springs, CO as well as Thursday, July 25 6-8 PM at the World Arena.  Attendance is not required for out of state Organizing Committee members.

BENEFITS: All Organizing Committee members will receive a free shirt as well as free admission to the event.  In addition, Organizing Committee chairs will receive meals throughout the event and one (1) FREE participant registration for their first event.

ADMISSION:  Only Committee Chairs who utilize the online registration form will be provided with a badge that will serve as their admission ticket to the venue during the event.

ATTIRE:  Each Committee Chair will be provided with an Organizing Committee shirt, which is to be worn during their volunteer work shift.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING: A Committee Chair training session will be scheduled on in June or July at the U.S. Taekwondo Center Monument Dojang, located at 16328 Jackson Creek Parkway.
